By using RapidPersonalLoans.com (operated by Revup Media Group, LLC) you are requesting that we transmit your information to third‑party lenders, lending networks, and other financial service providers (collectively, "Providers"). Providers may be required by law to provide certain disclosures, notices, records, and other information ("Communications"). Providers and Revup Media Group need your consent to deliver Communications electronically.
You agree to receive Communications electronically from Revup Media Group and from Providers. Communications may be provided by email, SMS/text, hyperlinks, in‑product messages, file downloads, or by posting to a secure website. You agree that your electronic signature (including clicking a button or checking a box) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Your consent applies to Communications related to your use of our Website and Services, and to your interactions with Providers and their service providers, including, as applicable, recordings of telephone calls and text messages and Communications relating to loans or other products you may obtain.
To receive and retain electronic Communications, you must have: (a) a device with a modern web browser; (b) internet access; (c) a valid email address and/or mobile number; (d) sufficient storage space to save documents; and (e) a printer if you wish to print copies.
After consenting to electronic delivery, you may request paper copies of Communications directly from the applicable Provider. Providers may charge a fee for paper copies, as permitted by law. Contact the Provider for its mailing address and procedures.
You are responsible for keeping your email address and telephone number current. Update your information directly with the Provider(s) with whom you are interacting.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications after you have been connected with a Provider by contacting that Provider directly. If you withdraw consent before we transmit your request, we may be unable to facilitate your request electronically.
BY PROCEEDING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU CAN ACCESS, READ, AND RETAIN THIS E‑CONSENT; YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONICALLY; AND YOU AGREE THAT ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND RECORDS SHALL HAVE THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS WET SIGNATURES AND PAPER RECORDS, AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE FEDERAL ESIGN ACT.
